Reason for being processed: Email systems are used to send and receive emails to individuals that have shown an interest to our services by filling out a relevant website contact form, contacted us through other channels such as telephone or social media prior to the personal data being used or our email system is used to email active customers for needs of a project on a contractual basis. Google mail is not used for any email marketing to email addresses. Webstraxt do not hold any responsibility for the free and willing passing of personal information from external sources into the business but promise to not externally share any of these personal details unless prior written or verbal consent has been provided.

Reason for being processed: Finance systems are used by Webstraxt Limited to ensure all contractual legal documentation should as official quotes, invoice and credit notes are processed in relation to the Companies Act. This is legal requirement and is used with secure passwords to ensure all of our client’s information is processed and held securely.

DIRECT DEBIT PARTNERING SYSTEM
Direct Debit Service

Reason for being processed: Webstraxt Limited’s third party company are used to collect and take payment of their monthly service and license agreements as previously agreed. The personal data listed above is taken in order for the client to fulfil the direct debit. These details are held securely by our third party supplier and is password protected.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA IN RELATIONS TO A PROJECT OR MAGENTO CONNECTOR
We will retain any data we hold about you while you are actively using our services, until the point that you request removal or after a period of 7 years from the last project, monthly services or licenses order have stopped. This is processed inline with financial records and accounting records required.

Any user accounts, data records or inactivity for users that are not associated with any projects, monthly services or licenses will be removed after 1 year of inactivity.
