We will retain any data we hold about you while you are actively using our services, until the point that you request removal or after a period of 7 years from the last project, monthly services or licenses order have stopped. This is processed inline with financial records and accounting records required.

Any user accounts, data records or inactivity for users that are not associated with any projects, monthly services or licenses will be removed after 1 year of inactivity.
